First off two almost three months killed the titles momentum. I know you usually follow your muse when it comes to writing issues, but it's hurts the flow of the book. I had to go back and reread number seven to really get into the issue.
As always it's well done. I'm just really glad to be getting my Stephanie Brown fix from somewhere since DC has no interest in feeding it. Keep up the good work.

Crossovers: I technically don't cross over with any of them. Closest is Jessie's appearance but she appeared long before Miller had an idea what he was doing with her time as Flash. I'm pretty sure he does put the notice on Flash Volume 2 though. For the JSA, they're reference but don't appear in mine. Spoilers appear there. But this is part of the reason I've been trying and failing to get people to work on their timelines for me.
Momentum: Yep. I know. Hate it as much as you. And it wasn't inspiration this time so much as I had to write something I shouldn't have had to write and it took my time away from my series.

Turns out Boys and Toys are going to be four issues instead of three. This issue totally became something else than I intended and I wasn't going to force you guys to read more than five thousand words. Which is good, I suppose. Means I'm all caught up (finally) and can wait a little bit for someone else to make a claim so I can give the wind elemental a proper backstory at long last.
A fun action packed issue. Tried to do the dialogue suggestion Star gave me. Don't know how that turned out. I did notice that Roland Desmond sounds way different than usual at times in this issue though but I didn't really want to change it.
Cookie goes to the person who can figure out who the Spoiler took down at the docks with nerve strikes. I did give a clue in the issue and he's shown up elsewhere before.
Next up, Spoilers and Friends take on the Tornado Tyrant (Red Tornado) and a villain is born.

Enjoyable issue. I agree with Babs, Steph should have let The Hood (that rat bastard) fall!!!!!!
Loved the scenes between Gordon and Babs. Not your father's (or Yvette Craig's) Babs/Jim Gordon relationship there.
I should know who the Spoiler is but my brain is on autopilot after a long night at work, so I guess someone else will have to try for the cookie...

Hehe. Well the next clue: You are more likely to know than anyone else Well, except Miller. He knows but I already told him. Next commenter will get another clue. Edit: Enjoyable issue. I agree with Babs, Steph should have let The Hood (that rat bastard) fall!!!!!! -M That implies that Red Hood is Jason. Are you saying that you hate all Red Hoods too? Even Little Red Riding Hood and Lian Harper? YOU HATE A LITTLE GIRL THAT GOT BLOWN UP!?!?!

That's a mammoth cookie you're offering!
A nice, action packed issue. I didn't notice if the dialogue was more diverse, but more importantly I didn't notice that it WASN'T. So there's that. Keep em coming.

Nice issue. Really enjoyed the way you took down the Clockwork Commando. Can't wait to see the next issue.

Second best series on this site. Only beaten by MRP's Ultimate Detective Comics. ...but then again, I only read this one, Detective Comics, Superman, and Flash. But I doubt that opinion will change. Maybe... Also, I don't know who Clockwork Commando is before this one. But I am interested. I would mention other stuff, but those might be spoilers.
