This is the continuity topic. Here you post your opinions on discussions or submit entries for the Continuity board. As warning, there might be spoilers for those who are not up to date so if you're intent on giving me info after every issue that is not general mythos without waiting a few days, better to PM me or learn the spoiler coding.
Spoiler coding:
[ highlight=black ][ color=black ]INSERT SPOILERS[ /color ] [/highlight ]
Take out the spaces for the brackets and there you go. And, I don't know why, but the Highlight code is very temperamental. It sometimes won't work unless you get it just right.
Not too much in store this month to start with. I am going to try to get permission to make the Continuity sub-board into a proper board so that it's easier for you guys to find without needing to click on two different pages.
Before we begin discussing the plans for March, lets start with my ideal formats for the least amount of info which make my job as The Ulti-Monitor more efficient and in turn makes it easier for you all to find continuity info.

Used Characters
Okay, I don't technically have an ideal format for this one... I just prefer to be updated every two issues. You can update me every issue. It's just not required.
Ultimate Timeline v1.1
If it's in the past, ballpark the season (excluding anything over uh... 30 years or so).
If it's in 2012, give me the month (early, mid, late is optional)
If it's in the present, Issue Numbers and Months (hopefully with early, mid, or late).
Past is the first post, 2012 is the second post. Present is the third post. My timeline is based on President O'Neil's re-election in November 2012 within the pages of Ex Machina as a measuring point.
I'm going to repeat myself and say this is the LEAST amount of detail I'd like. Issue numbers really should be mentioned in relation to the entry but is not required for general mythos. That said, if you're recapping major events within your title... Don't you think you should say what issue it is so that someone can go read up on it in more detail?
Major Players
Major players encompasses individual characters or organizations that would be considered larger than their title (for the most part). It's where you'd go to find to people or groups that you can safely reference in your series. It's perfect for trying to get the feel that this is a shared universe.
Don't really have an ideal format or what can be placed here (I'm sure there are sections I haven't thought of or people haven't requested) other I want more than a name. I'll give you guys a decent example for Robert Kane and Kane Consolidated sometime in the next week. For now, rely on Bob's submission:
- Bruno Mannheim- The unofficial ruler of Metropolis, and the crime kingpin of organised crime there. Little is known of him except his far reaching network of enforcement and influence.
Valhalla Cemetery
The dead people topic. You can use much the same format as Timeline for the setting of how much detail to use on dates. BUT I do want issue numbers if it is something you say or show within your title. Meaning: General Mythos is fine for things that happened before series start but if Liquid kills Hal in Issue 9 of GLC, I want Issue 9 reported.
World of Ultimate
Seems pretty straightforward but you'd be amazed at how many people don't seem to get it.
Location 1 (City, State/City, Country/Alternate Dimension/Planet)
-Character 1
-Character 2
-Team 1
~Teammate 1.1
~Teammate 1.2 (Team HQ)
~Teamate 1.3
Location 2
-Character 3
-Character 4
-Teammate 1.2 (Born/Raised, Home, Circa 1994, etc...)
That's as simple as it gets. If there's a qualifier for said location or character such as what's needed for Demon Knights or he's on a team that's different than where he lives, then let me know.
As the example shows, characters can be listed under more than one entry. As to what characters should be listed... There is technically no limit but to keep it simple. Use only recurring Protagonists, Antagonists, and Supporting.
Why Won't You Die?!? (Yes I'm aware it hasn't been made yet)
For those immortal and/or long lived characters of yours.
Character: Since when have they been active.
EX:
Jason Blood: Sixth Century AD.
Updates
Honestly, it's a lot easier for you to keep track of after every issue but if you want to avoid spoiling the others within this topic if you immediately come here after posting, PM me instead. Every other issue, I'd like an update. Even if you have to say "Nothing major has happened yet" because an arc is not finished or some other reason. Every two or three issues, you really should have at least one thing to add to the world though.
SPOILERS!!!
For any entry, even recent deaths or general mythos that you haven't revealed yet in universe... I can do SPOILER coding by request. Just keep me informed. I'll code it then mark whatever series it is spoilers to.

Whew... Took longer than I thought to write this up/compile it. I'm gonna take a break then I'll post the discussion/continuity topics for the month.
