Roy Harper
Born February 14, 1988
Known chiefly as the shrewd and protective personal assistant to the Queen heir. The only child of Ambassador Ronald Harper, Roy works in the very top levels of business and can be counted on to have inside information and intelligence concerning any circumstance. While he does not have the business savvy or charm of his boss and best friend, Oliver Queen, he does have the valuable ability to deflect unwanted attention and connect information.
Outside of work it is noted that he has a close personal relationship to the Queen clan, having been a ward in their family from his arrival in Star City as a child. It is assumed that when the family is invited he will show up with the group.

Red Arrow
Working closely with Green Arrow, Red Arrow is a skilled and fast archer and hand to hand fighter. His attacks are not as quick as his companions, though they are heavier and far more damaging. Little is known of this masked hero. There is a confirmed connection to the first arrow, though what that connection is remains unexplained.
