John Diggle
Born October 13, 1969
A former operative in the Marines during the gulf war, John Diggle is the body guard and personal helper to the Queens. Hired on by Robert and Moira after the Queen Bank Attack, he has become a key and powerful member of the family and is thought to be the reason for the notable growth in the military wing. Snobbery to the family friend has cost many a business and family a contract. Those in the know are kind, or at least civil, to the long time family friend. The Queens have little patience for anyone who is not.
Arsenal
An oddity in a city with such tight gun control as Star City, Arsenal carries an impressive number of gun and implements. He seems to largely be a watcher, either making sure the arrow team is safe on missions, or simply gathering information.
