Tempest (Garth)
A fellow Atlantean, Garth seems to know a little of the surface world, having snuck up there on numerous occasions, despite his parents insisting that he remain within the Hidden Valley. Garth is the reason Arthur Curry (Aquaman) makes his initial trip into Atlantis, and feels guilty that his parents decided to sell Arthur out to Orm immediately. When Orm orders Garth to escort Arthur to the Conservatory of War, Garth is embarrassed and unable to look Arthur in the eye. He also appears to be abused by his parents, getting twitchy when he is touched. He attributes this to being corrected when he isn't acting “princely”. Garth does not attend the Conservatory of War, instead he is sent to Conservatory of Sorcery like most upper class Atlanteans.
