Polling for interest.
There's an online program with character sheets and maps. DOB and were talking about a superhero setting and wondered if anyone would consider it.
It would be once a week, whenever people are free. Character concepts are open, and story would be built with those characters in mind.
There isn't anything set in stone at all, maybe no one is free. But it seems worth asking.

I'd be up for it, I haven't played a lot of Tabletop RPG's, just a little bit of Pathfinder, but I'd be willing to learn. I'm free on the weekends and Wednesday and Thursday, though for you Americans that's Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

So tuesdays look okay so far. This would be three people so far, and four is better. If we can get one more that night we might have something.

I should have said before but if we do it on Tuesdays I won't be available for three weeks.

Depending on timing it might take that long to get going.

I know I haven't been around as much of late (my grandmother has had a lot of doctors appointments lately, and they're all-day affairs), but I'd be interested. Tuesday nights wouldn't be a problem for me.

I don't know what system I'd use for a superhero-based game, especially one that everyone could access, but I've run D&D games in 3rd edition, 4th edition, and am looking to DM a 5th edition game eventually as well. Adrini are currently playing in a game Monday nights over a free web application called Roll20 that seems to work pretty well for that sort of thing.

I've always been a 3.5 edition D&D guy. (it's what I grew up on)

Either way, as long as I get to be a super masked wrestler then I'm happy.

Okay, I thought I read "super naked" and that would be a problem.
Like a Mexican kind of thing? With the awesome mask?

If we went D&D I think 4E is the best, though I've also heard great things about Fate Core, by which i mean I've heard an amazing podcast about a superhero team done with Fate.

4e I can run in my sleep. It's great for the DM, but for the players it can get overly complicated, both in character creation and gameplay, particularly if you don't have access to the books.
I see M&M has an open SRD if we want to stay in the realm of superheroes. D&D 5e is pretty easy on the players from what I've seen so far, though 5e doesn't have a real SRD.

To move forward this we should probably discuss things like specific availability (including time zones since we have people all over) and maybe some form of contact information over PM, since I wouldn't want personal information to be displayed on a public forum.
