Okay, I'm barely considering this an issue, but since I write relatively quickly, I'll still have another issue up within this month. This was just a little bit of background that came to me while I was at work today. Nothing too substantial and very short. Hope you like it!
Most of the grammar problems are intentional. All I did was spellcheck it. It's supposed to have a unedited letter feel.

Actually had an emotional impact for me. I remember going to Nagasaki when I was fifteen and seeing where the bomb had been so powerful that it turned children to ash and scorched buildings behind them so badly that the children's shadows were left as permanent impressions on the walls.
I've also got a very close relative who works for the US DoD and helped write the programming for cruise missiles and can't talk about what he does now. I love him dearly, but I do hope that his conscience is marred in the same manner and Theodore's.
Good work.

Wow. Thanks. One of the best compliments you can get is that your work elicited the same emotions in the reader that it did for you while writing it. I felt physicially sick while writing it. And it actually came from a thought I had the other day while playing Perfect Dark and I was wondering if people that manufactured bullets lost sleep thinking that something they produced may have been used to take someone's life.

Yeah reading that letter was moving. If anything, it really made you think about the lives of those men who created such a devastating weapon. In my opinion, good writing makes you think and you did that.

Thank you very much, Darth. That means a lot coming from you. Unfortunately the rest of the series will not be told in letter form (although that would be a pretty awesome format, for someone feeling daring). I just wanted to set up Ted's character before certain events in issue #1

I liked the letter and wish there was more lol. Kinda cool that Ted Knight is now from England and wrote that to his girlfriend there , plus built the atomic bomb.

Really really liked the letter format. It would be kind of interesting to go back to the letter format occasionally, but not to the point where it's a reoccurring thing.

Thanks, Ryan. Yeah, I enjoyed writing the letter format. While it will not be the bulk of the series, I will say that letters and journal entries will be a major narrative tool throughout.

I read the letter and it was excellent. It certainly had that unedited feel to it, which I think was a nice touch. My interest for more Starman is piqued.

Really, really fucking good. Just excellent writing. Very nice dialogue, it seemed realistic and casual. Good set up all round. So happy that Opal City's hero groups are shaping up. Loving the characters and their interactions. Goddamn shine on.

I enjoyed this one a lot. I loved the building of the whole Knights and Starman legacy. Plus the bad feelings Jack had towards his father. I love the dynamics of the brothers not getting along plus seeing the Shade show up was cool.

Great "first" issue. What you're setting up seems to be dynamite. I'm really looking forward to more Starman. Amazing issue.

Okay. I just posted Starman #2. It's a little bit on the shorter side, but I think that I'm going to keep that up for this series. Short and sweet as opposed to long and drawn out. Hope you all like it.

Awesome, I definitely like. Don't know the characters but Shade seems cool. Also like the relationship developing with David.

Was okay. I'm liking Flash better so far. Not sure why. There wasn't anything wrong. Can't put my finger on it. Maybe when the action picks up. Keep 'em coming.
