I think this issue is sign of the fatigue finally getting to you. Felt weak to me especially as it is the coming together of the Outsiders. The random capitalization of Outsiders didn't help matters either. Action was disjointed and didn't really read interesting to me. Jefferson's coming out with the use of his powers was more "oh... lightning, yay" instead of... "HOLY CRAP!" like it should have been. There was nothing that sprung up to make me want to continue reading it except for the ending which I already knew and even that was lackluster.
Once again, this had some of your weakest dialogue and is a far cry from how awesome the first issue was. And I think Outsiders has probably become my least favorite of your series.
This is the curse of being one of the best writers on the site and one that wants reviews that say more than just "Oh... that was good."

I will admit...
I did love the Creeper's singing.

No worries I've got thick skin I can take the criticism. Outsiders has been the series that has given me fits writing though...
