No worries, man. I've been there before. You get one idea that's able to sustain you for a little while, but when you really get down to it, you can't go longer than a couple of issues.
But if you're into a second title, there are plenty of characters still available. Especially with Vertigo and Wildstorm out there. Darth had some great ideas for Y: The Last Man, so if that can work, anything is still available.

That'd be cool. Take a little time to plot it out and see if it's something you can sustain. I don't see anyone rushing to write Preacher.
I'm actually kind of having the opposite problem for JSA. I have lots of plots in my head, but I can't for the life of me get the first issue done. I'm going to do it, but it's not flowing like Flash (2 issues in less than 24 hours is pretty damn good...)

Okay, Grifter and Hector Hammond are both claimed by Ryan and Jross respectively. Everyone else looks fine. I put them all through a search in the master claims list and nothing came up. You also don't need to claim original characters, especially when it's the name of an existing character (in this case, the leader of the Doom Patrol). It just confuses things.
But yeah, make some changes and I have no problem approving this.
