Might want to take a closer look at the edits within your first paragraph you have again instead of ago and sent instead of seen the.

Just finished reading the issue and I have to say that was excellent. I can't wait to see who steps in to fill Barry's shoes. The ending was great. Flash may have officially jumped to the top of the list for my favorite title.

Thanks, that means a lot. I'm glad you liked the ending. It was actually something I was a little bit worried about putting in this issue. It was planned since I started, but I was originally going to save the reveal. But I thought it made for a great WTF? ending.
Thanks for the review. I'll try not to let you down.

Awesome twist at the end- great stuff. You missed a few "" but no biggie. Great work, look forward to seeing what follows.
Love that you planned this ahead.

Cause you told me to read instead of write...
Flash 6
Hmmm. Interesting start. Nice to see a young Babs before she's all Grrr Argh. Did not see Jessie losing the formula coming. Though... nice of you to tell me they changed schools... Go Wolverines! Remind me that I probably need to edit an issue of Spoilers.
Ha. Guardians of the Flashpoint. Pulling out all the stops.
Cons: Dialogue is still a bit clunky. Story is sound and interesting but dialogue takes me out. The Barry/Wally scene worked a lot better this time around.
Flash 7
Post Guardians of the Flashpoint in the beginning, I got chills. Though. . . not quite sure if that's the writing or the weather.
Better dialogue which is good. More LOST stuff which is an acquired taste. Nice cliffhanger.
Flash 8
Ending was worth the nonstop 3 issue read. I knew it was coming but nevertheless I liked how it happened.

Originally after Barry died, there was to be an event where a bunch of writers would submit stories about certain characters such as Jessie Quick, Impulse, Johnny Quick, Captain Cold and others. It was plotted out pretty well, but only received two, so I ended up canceling the event (Also did some changes of pace on certain characters).
However, the issues I did get were great, so I'll be posting them. The first one up is Jay's which was written by S.H.A.D.E. and Wonder Woman extraordinaire Jackalope. It's really a fantastic piece. Hope you all get a chance to give it a read.

I was behind on Flash and really enjoyed 6-8 . It was a great arc and a way to end off it awhile. Its a shame about Barry's death. Plus the reveal he was actually Max . I also loved Jessie meeting her daughter . The Flashes of other realities was a cool touch to beat Zoom.

I salute Jack on the terrific issue there with Jay. Wish that would have came together a little bit more so we could've got the full scope and it really would have made Barry's death that much more meaningful.

Hey now, mine's just waiting for Chris do something with it. But yeah, it was yet another great issue from Jack. He did much the same I was gonna do with Jessie but never got around to writing. At least I finished my first one. ^_^

Thanks for posting it up Miller, it's a shame the multiple issue idea didn't work out, but where you are heading now seems really great.

I couldn't find the right board (if its here or not) but I really liked the Jay Garrick special. It was really well done and followed the funeral and death of Barry well. I honestly liked how Jay knows the Flash legacy can't stop. Even if it means he has to keep going for it. Great read man.

I'm still waiting on KCPD! Hurry up, Chris! It does sorta provide some backstory to issue 4 of Spoilers and finally reveals why nobody likes Trip.

Caught up with the main Flash issues. Haven't read the Jay issue yet.
I liked it a lot. But to be honest I think you rushed things. As epic as it was, it felt like it was too epic too soon. Some filler issues showing Barry and his Rogues would have gone a long way toward making me feel more about his sacrifice.
That being said, I enjoyed the characters and the possibilities you've laid out. Looking forward to where you go from here. Keep em coming.

Thanks Star. You're most likely right as to this being too soon for Barry's death. However, it was longer than I had originally planned. I was originally going to start my title on where issue 11 is going to be and do most of this through flashbacks. I could have done Barry for 20 issues, but I need to move on with my title to the real meat. Not to say that I won't go back and tell Barry stories.
But issue 9 is up. This is the opposite of epic. In fact, it's rather quiet.

Read the Jay one shot. Was really good. Nice to see things from his perspective and how he was trying to be at so many emergencies at once.

Cause you always make me review. *glares* despite me discussing it with you over aim a lot.
An alright issue. Felt like filler. And that whole Bart thing seemed like nothing more than to remind us he's still there.
In other news... DO MY KCPD DAMN IT!

Read the new one. Don't know much about Flash, so I don't know what's canon or not, but I'm interested to see where the story goes with Jessie's father.

Another good issue. Interested to see where it goes from here. Also, not sure if I missed it somewhere. but didn't Wally not have super speed before? Seems like Jay and Jessie would be very surprised when he suddenly had it.
Not sure if I for some reason forgot he did have powers or missed something when I read this at 3 this morning.

Sorry, that's most likely my fault. Super Speed is incredibly hard to convey in a prose setting, so I use the same language I'd use if someone didn't have it. He just hit him really fast, as fast as a normal human would. Sorry about that.
Thanks for the review.
And Jack, for the most part, I'm doing my own thing with Johnny and Jessie. From what I know from the comics, I believe she had a good relationship with her father. Her mother was the issue. And Jay never adopted her. I've imported the Johnny Quick from JLA: Earth 2 by Morrison.
