April was not a good month for the site. Of all our fresh, rosy-cheeked young titles, only a handful actually got updated, and only a handful more contacted an admin for an extension.
Admittedly I didn't post a reminder towards the end of the month like I prefer, so that one's on me. Consider April your free month for the year.
From now on, I won't necessarily be posting or PMing reminders. It is *your* responsibility to update your title or contact an admin if you are unable to do so.
As clarification, the expectation is and had always been that you update your title once a month.
If for some reason you can't complete a chapter this month, that's perfectly fine, but you MUST CONTACT AN ADMIN!!! Either post somewhere we can see it or PM us (at this point, most likely me though PM as many admins as you can). You will most likely receive an extension if you ask. We understand. Life gets crazy. Sometimes you just have writer's block. We just ask that you let us know you're still alive.
If you do not post a chapter and you do not contact an admin, you will most likely LOSE YOUR TITLE at the end of the month. If you contact us shortly after the deadline before we've taken your board down and ask for your title back, we *might* let it slide, but not likely.

One more new rule regarding deadlines.
New titles have their first issue due the month after the claim is approved, and will no longer be given extensions under any circumstances.
Once your title has at least one issue up, extensions are allowed under most circumstances as long as you notify us.
