Hey guys. I'm pretty new here (Registered last night) just noticed that no one else had this topic up. Let me know if i'm doing anything wrong in posting this please. Anyways, I watched all of season one of Arrow last year and loved it. I have been keeping up with season two news and freaked out when The Flash (Barry Allen) was announced to appear on the show and then get his own spin-off show. What does everyone think about this new direction for Arrow?

I've not actually watched Arrow yet. I have far to many other things to watch currently, but I have no special place in my heart for the Arrow. Is it good? is it worth watching if my love of comics veers me violently towards the weird rather than towards standard superheroics?

The closest comparison I could make is if the Dark Knight trilogy were turned into a series. It's a very unique but very good take on Green Arrow. The inclusion of Barry Allen is a surprise. Up until now, Arrow has completely avoided metahumans and superpowers. I'd be both happy and skeptical to see them open that floodgate.

I've read that Metamorpho is going to possibly be introduced this season too. At least the Metamorpho chemical will appear. Also the league of assassins.
