I am a zombie nut. I love most things with zombie themes or connections. The Left 4 Dead games are some of my favorites. My favorite zombie movie is Dawn of the Dead (Snyder version) and of course, I have been reading The Walking Dead since about 2007. I love this series! When the show came out I was instantly in love (the comic books are better IMO). I actually write a series called The Walking Dead: Road to Ruin set in the same universe and time as the comics it just takes place on the other side of the U.S.
The whole point of all this rambling is to read what everyone here thinks of the phenomenon known as The Walking Dead.

Never been a huge fan in the zombie genre myself, though I do appreciate some of the deconstructions like Shaun of the Dead and Zombieland.

The Walking Dead is by far the best Zombie thing I've ever gotten my hands, but when it comes down to Kirkman Invincible is better. Also, like Disciple up there, don't really like the Zombie Genre.

I love the series and am excited for All Out War and Season 4 coming out next month. I remember expressing interest of writing a Walking Dead title if he set up an Image forum. Though I now realize that is a bit problematic since the Walking Dead has to take place in alternate universe to work. Kinda like Y the Last Man on Earth.

I actually write a Walking Dead series set in the same "Universe" as the comics.
