I have a proposal. I have a number of characters who I needed for a scene or a point and then didn't again. They aren't captured by ARGUS, but they are free Agents.
Post 2012 - Lady Shiva. Formerly of Haven. Frustrated by the loss of her daughter and conflicted by torn loyalties. Has a past but wary to speak of it.
Post 2008 - The Question. The ultimate wandering hero. Always watching. Always making notes. Perfect for connecting worlds and characters.
Via net - Jax. The Oracle of the GA universe. Physically in Star City but online contacts are worth just as much these days.
For online contact/not known hero
My teens. Soon as we get a young justice/ teen titans gets here (post JL) they go to school but for now they are all over watchtower.net.
