I'd love to have Aang from Avatar: TLA on Shadowpact. Or even a whole subclass of Benders across the UDCU. Zuko would be a fun character to write angst for too.

Not really a character, persay, but a lot of sci-fi alien races would be fun for Green Lantern:

Star Wars
Star Trek
Starcraft
Mass Effect
Ben 10

The list goes on.

For my current series, Percy Jackson would be great for Wonder Woman.

Also, it goes without saying, a dark, gritty humanized reboot of Darkwing Duck.

And a badass version of Captain Planet.
