Okay, there's been a ton of talk about a teen/young adult title. I know DOB, Cross and at least one other (forgive me, my brain is fried) have talked about ideas.
I would love this title. And not just because I have a ton of teens to off load. Lets do this.

As Drake, adrini, and I have discussed I have ideas for my version of a "Teen Team". One thing that could be done is have multiple Titans teams all over. The Teen Titans could be the main team and then there could be Titans East, West, and Others of the sort. Or we could just have teams wherever that aren't Titan offiliated.

Let me float a premise by you guys. Feel free to use/adapt it or not.
Once the Justice League is formed, they realize that in the Age of Heroes, there's an awfully large number of kids and teenagers with powers. Many are already starting to become heroes and villains on their own, with mixed to disastrous results.
So they decided to start the Teen Titans Initiative(or some such name). Each League member, or at least each willing member, and perhaps some non League but trusted veteran heroes, takes a region and creates a Titans team. That hero, or perhaps two or three, trains the kid heroes on weekends, adopting the stance that it's better to train them right than to discourage being a hero only to have them go out and do it anyway untrained.
The teams could even have friendly competitions from time to time. Getting together for a kind of "Titans Olympics" to test their skills and teamwork.
Another idea is teen villains that are caught are sent to Titans teams for rehabilitation. Maybe a villain will then join a hero team, or have an entire team of "trouble kids" overseen by the hardass heroes like Batman.

Probably should be discussing this in the Hall of Justice subboard.
I'm all for a Titans title, but attempts at one in the past haven't ended well (or rather at all). It's something that will need to take considerable amount of planning and cooperation between writers.
