I don't have any copies of my Superman, New Gods, Hulk, or Captain America stories from the last times we did this. All I've pretty much got at my memories of what I had done and where I had planned on taking characters.
Like with Superman, I remember, after my Zod arc, I was gonna do a long building story line about a cult led by Gog, who makes an unholy trinity with Magog and Doomsday. I was also going to have Superman fail to save my female Lex Luthor's father, which would drive her insane when she also found out Clark was Superman. I was going to have my Hulk not have a fixed physical form, but wuld change for what was triggering Bruce's transformation. I do have some of my Wonder Woman saved. Sometimes I still look at it and add a little to it.
Anyway, I was wondering what some of the ideas you guys had that maybe you didn't get to, or the alterations you made that you didn't get to explore as much as you'd have liked. Also, general old ultimate sites nostalgia.

I'm having a hard time remembering. I have all my old issues saved, but I didn't have any files with long term plans. I think I wrote them down in a notebook. Will have to see if I can find it. What I do recall...
Nightwing - I know when I left it I was just about to introduce Huntress and start a love triangle. I had some sort of twist planned but can't remember.
Outsiders - The team was going to quit the DEO and become literal Outsiders. I forget if I was going to have William December(man in charge of the DEO) killed or kill the President...something.
Green Lantern Corps - Don't remember.
Shazam - Don't remember.
Exiles - Don't remember.
Scarlet Spider - I remember a bit about this because I was proud of the twists I had planned. Ben Reilly was going to turn out not to be a clone, but a homeless boy that was kidnapped and forced into gene treatments to make him like Peter. It resulted in a unforeseen transfer of memories, but they were all a jumble.
In his travels he would meet a teenage redhead named Mary. She would look and sort of act exactly like Mary Jane, who Ben sort of remembered. It would turn out(thanks to a secret claim I'd made so as not to spoil the surprise) that it was actually Meggan, the shapechanger whose appearance(and in this case personality) is altered by her empathic connection with others to be what they want. Ben subconsciously wanted Mary Jane, so Meggan became her for him.
Eventually all this would come out and Ben and Peter would meet and become friends.

Most of the stuff I had, I scrapped. About the only thing I did that was worth a damn was Flash, and even that was questionable. Daredevil was a vast improvement, though much of the run could have been a lot better. Looking back, I wish I'd taken a different direction after the first issue. But that first issue, I was proud of it. Hell, I still am.
Most of my ideas I keep in my head because I figure I'll remember it if it's any good.

I was a youngin when I wrote for the old sites. I wrote a lot of stuff with no more plans than just me liking the character. In fact, even now I rarely have long term plans in terms of an arc. My best work, IMO was at Zeke's off shoot site.
I wrote Flash and then two JSA titles. One set in WWII and one set in the modern day. The titles I'm writing now came rather independently of that. They were just characters that I was still interested in after all these years with Wally West remaining my favorite comic book character.
As for plans, I don't remember any. I know at Zeke's site, we started planting the seeds for JLA really early on. Darth was writing GL and Superman and another friend of ours was writing Batman. So we were doing stuff in our titles to prepare for that. I know I still had Wally with Jessie. Wally was actually in the JSA as the modern Flash... Either way, I wasn't much of an ideas guy then.

I remember I had a lot planned for Superman since I went with a huge origin story that took up 6 issues. I was about to go weekly before Zeke said he didn't want me updating my title weekly which was odd. Then everyone knows what happened.

I've had a plan since I started, and I'm eager to continue.

I actually still have everything I wrote. I think with Batman, I stopped around issue #9 in the middle of my Joker arc which I never really got to finish and hopefully will one day. The general theme was instead of Batman being the one who "created" his villains, it was Bruce Wayne neglecting his company being the cause of his villains. I had Thomas Elliott in a wheelchair and engaged to Selina Kyle. I had Bruce dating Summer Gleeson (reporter from the animated series) and thought about her cheating on Bruce with Thomas, digging Bruce deeper into a solitary life. Me and Star had the whole Bat-verse on a timeline when Dick became Nightwing, when Jason became Robin and we were pretty good at organizing.
With Robin, it was Jason Todd and didn't have much of a direction which is why I folded him into Batman at some point. I had created a character named Yuri who was a teacher to Bruce, Dick and Jason and became a key part of Robin's history. He may actually reappear in Detective. I also remember making Oswald Cobblepot being Robin's "Joker" and not being disfigured but being a handsome businessman. His hands being slightly deformed to look like flippers which some people gave him the nickname Penguin b/c he was always in suit. I had a funny interaction between him and Joker in Batman #10 that I never finished.
Star I actually have our Outsiders outline. The team was Black Lightning, Donna Troy, Arsenal, Tempest and Red Robin (Nightwing in disguise) they were battling HIVE and it was basically the fall of Roy and a couple of arcs later he redeems himself in the eyes of the team. I also did a Jade mini, and eventually was going to bring her in along with a villain I created in the mini. We actually had a pretty good outline for the series.

My original plans ....my memory is still top notch....
Over in Green Arrow at Zeke's site I got to #20. I was doing the prelude into the Justice League title that some were gonna do. Oliver Queen was gonna be the man Sarge Steel asks to be the "inside" guy on the team reporting to him. At some point this information was gonna be exposed and the JLA would for awhile kick Ollie out.
In more subplots I was gonna do was concerning Brave and the Bold. In a crossover , me and Don (I believe that was his name) had plans to do the 1st part of laying the ground work for Dinah Lance to come to the future.
In it , Lance would by Aba Kadabra's spell , accidently end up in the future where she meets Ollie. The JSA believe she died and even though the 2 have sparks and she likes the rogue charmer Ollie is , she wants to go back ...reluctantly . I had a crazy Rip Hunter. (I think Don didn't like what I did with Hunter and made him pretty a brilliant scientist but insane.)
Who uses his time bubble to send her back. Well in Green Arrow in a later arc...i had plans where Ollie learns Dinah dies back in the past and he's like...fuck no....thats not gonna happen. So he takes a time bubble to the past , which pisses off the JLA , because he's trying to change the past ..and they go after him.
Eventually the plans were to have her come back with him. The idea was it was gonna be a natural thing. My long range plans were by 100# was to have Dinah give birth to Connor Hawke.
But sadly it never happened. Too many stops and goes.
