I always thought the Hobbit would make a better movies than LOTR. I guess we'll find out soon. Still, I wish Del Toro was still directing it.

I'm excited. The Lord of The Rings was probably our generations' Star Wars. This definitely got me pumped in a way that the LOTR trailers got me back in the day.

For some reason I never really was into the Lord of the Rings movies. I've seen them, just didn't really like them as much as everyone else. I do like some of the cast, Richard Armitage who was Guy of Gisbon in the BBC Robin Hood and Benedict Cumberbatch who is Sherlock in the BBC series. I'll probably check this out, just not as hyped as everyone else is.

And of course Bilbo is being played by Martin Freeman, who plays Watson on BBC's Sherlock as well as the Jim character on the British Office. While I can't get into the British Office, I do love Sherlock.

How in the world did I forget that? But I'm really excited for the second series now that Moriarty has been introduced.
