Apologies for taking SO LONG to get back to you guys. I've had some computer problems, since posting my first issue, so it's taken me this long to get a hard-drive and format it and all that jazz.
Anyway, the first issue is up, and hopefully not too offensive!

Short but sweet. You did a good job introducing both sides of the conflict and setting things in motion for future issues. It was a little thin on characterization (aside from Jenny), but that's hardly unexpected with a first issue. There was more than enough to differentiate the characters from one another though, which is always a good thing.
All in all it was a solid effort, and I look forward to reading future installments.

Really liked mate, cool take on it all. Sorry I some how skipped it in my reading list. Wondering what you'll actually do with the parliaments, but look forward to it all.
I love Jenny Sparks, but what about Jenny Quantum?

The Quantum will be appearing at a later date, certainly. First I need to establish exactly WHAT the Authority are here for and how that relates to the Parliaments.

Issue #2 is up. Sadly, It's not my best work, and it's something of an experimental piece.
I'm interested to see what people think.

Sorry for late feedback. Great work man, definitely different, but I think it worked. I'm surprised others haven't commented on it. Weirdly, I found it easy to read and understand, and somehow follow in my head. Cool idea. I wouldn't want to read an entire series like this, but this was cool. Keep it up!

Issue 1 was solid. Nice introduction. Light on description of your characters though. I can't figure out based on your claims and the issue if you're using Doctor Thirteen or Traci Thirteen.
Issue 2 was very strange in its setup but I liked it.

Issue 2 was very strange in its setup but I liked it. Well unless this is a very different take on Terrence 13, I think the near naked except for bodysuit and a thing is a dead giveaway its Traci Thirteen and not Dr. Thirteen I read Ellis' Authority back in the day and am a big fan of the Parliament mythology (though not as big a fan as I am of Parliament Funkadelic), so I am interested to see where you go with it. Issue One was solid, and #2's one sided conversation/stream of consciousness POV was interesting, but I think it would have worked better if we had already been given a little more context for the team and its members. So I think it was a cool idea and not badly executed, but simply placed too early in the game to be fully effective. -M
