Okay... Disney XD's Marvel Universe has a pretty weak and pathetic start even with the awesomeness that is Avengers:EMH and DOOM backing up Ultimate Spider-Man.
It's no Spectacular Spider-Man and it was a brilliant move on Weisman's part to parody it this week over on Young Justice. It's way too cartoony.

The spiderman piss-take was great.
Marvel's kicking arse movie-wise (in terms of films that link and team building) but cartoon-wise DC all the way.

Finally got to watch the series premiere of Ultimate Spider-Man on DVR. Eh, it was ok. I expected a lot with Paul Dini involved but was disappointed. Can't say it was the worst animated Spidey I ever saw, but I am definitely not the target audience for this one. There were bits I liked but the breaking the fourth wall exposition was way overdone and way to condescending. I understand wanting to make it new viewer friendly but it took it a little too far. Not as bad as Super-Hero Squad but not a promising start. I will check out a few more and see if it gets better, worse, or stays the same. I am interested in seeing Power Man and Iron Fist in the next episode. so we'll see.
