For me I hate Wynn a lot because of his whole dogged nice guy routine, firstly anyone who uses friendzone unironically is someone I think is an arse, then he had that whole confessing his feelings to Kara while she was in a relationship which was just horrible. I guess I can kinda understand that. I think the "friend zone" is such a pop culture term that it's unfair to solely base judgment on that, because it's used so often by everyday people. I grew out of it years ago after understanding then negative stigma around it, but I still know tons of decent people (male and female) who use it because pop culture tells them to. After all, the generalized meaning is simply that not being able to be in a relationship with the person you love sucks, which is a legitimate feeling. Now, to be fair, douchebag "Nice Guy" stereotypes have completely changed the definition in support of manpain, sexist "ownership," and general bullshit, but I don't think most of the population realizes that. .....I also think from his continued support of Kara that Winn's just a genuinely nice guy. He didn't confess while she was in a relationship. It was well before that. The Toyman episode came just before she met what's-his-name, Cat's son. I don't know. Maybe it's because I'm a guy and it just doesn't click for me, but I tend to be a little more forgiving of phrases. It's the actions that drive me nuts, and I feel like Winn's generally proven his loyalty, friendship, and decentness through his actions. EDIT: I'd like to clarify something so I don't come off as a douche. The term "friend zone" has incredible sexist connotations. It should stop being used. However, people use it anyway. The way I determine how I feel about them is whether they attempt to victimize themselves, denigrate the male/female they care about, and/or feel as if they deserve to be in a relationship simply because they're "nice" (whether actually or not). I believe, because of his actions, that Winn is a decent (emphasis on that, seriously; not great) character, because yes, he used friend zone, but he remains loyal to Kara. He had one episode in which he didn't talk to her because he had to sort out his own feelings and move on, which is a perfectly reasonable behavior. After being rejected, it's normal to take time to grow/mature as a person and develop out of the depression that comes from not being with the person you love. Did he handle it perfectly? No. Hell no. He could have been a little nicer about being friends with her, but he nearly immediately became friends with her again. Should he grow out of the angst phase? Duh, but this is a soap opera TV show where everyone has their immature angsty moments. I'm glad I clarified that.

It took Arrow and Flash a bit to start treating their female characters well, maybe it's the same but flip the genders for Supergirl? I never bought into the "James Olsen" stuff especially when Mechad Brooks could easily play the Jimmy we all know and love. A lot of the talk I've heard about the show is that Mechad Brooks feels like he should be on another show. Can't really say anything for Winn, other than echo what Elec said. I feel like he's one of those characters that you just wanna ask the writers "who the hell did you meet that acted like that and everyone was cool with it?" Somebody has to call him out. Also, why we can't have good Maxwell Lord again? What was the point of making him evil? Other than ruining the legacy of Justice League International, that is. James doesn't feel unusual on the show, and he's a decent enough guy, but he's certainly no better than Winn. He isn't handling "being in a relationship and loving someone else" well at all. I think the problem with the writers is just that they don't know how to handle love interests. Just look at the Thea's campaign bro in Arrow, who's about the whitest white bread I've ever seen. Or--actually, shit. Flash has a decent few supporting love interests (Eddie, Ronnie, Jay, Hawkgirl......okay, maybe not Hawkgirl). I'll admit I've grown to like Laurel and her new take charge, no-BS-Ollie attitude, and Iris is decent now too. I'm even on board with Felicity again too. It just takes some time, I guess. Max is evil because they needed Lex but couldn't get him for obvious reasons. Also, him going evil is kinda a legendary moment in comics. Blue Beetle's death is just brutal. EDIT: Patty rocks!

Still had to admit they handled Max's turn to evil horribly.

I don't even think he's going to stay evil. I think he's going to come around and start working for the DEO.

I think he's going to start working with the DEO, I don't think he's going to stop being evil though, then again that may just be because I want a Harrison Wells type character in Supergirl.

HOT DAMN! THAT FLASH EPISODE!
I called it when they introduced the character, but still--DAMMMMNNN! I can't wait to get the explanation throughout the rest of the season. I knew the ID but I don't know the "how" or "why" at all, and that's exciting.
The wait will suck, though......

How the hell did Heatwave become one of the best characters in the Arrow-Verse?
Also Winn is now likeable, I'm not sure which is weirder.

I'm very sad if they actually did off Heatwave. Not because it was a sad ending for the character and Captain Cold but because the Rogues haven't been fully formed yet on The Flash. It wouldn't surprise me though since Prison Break is supposedly being brought back to tv.

That Supergirl and Flash crossover episode was pretty weak. They have a ton of chemistry but the episode was pretty clunky everywhere else. I actually thoroughly enjoyed Arrow this week and after getting the grave reveal spoiled I'm excited to see it unfold. The Chronos reveal was fun on Legends. I'm wanting to know the fate of Supergirl. I saw that cbs hasn't picked it up yet so I'm wondering what it's fate is.
Hub City representing on Legends this week was fun for me too.

Or maybe she got tired of being treated like a peice of furniture and wanted to leave. Couldn't blame her. They've been treating her like shit.

Okay so looked it up and the scene from from LOT.
From what I've read, Katie Cassity is very much still listed in the next saeson, so maybe Sara saves her? It's the popular theory I see right now.
Not saying I know. But things are more complicated.

Damn! Flashpoint next season? It makes sense from a Supergirl standpoint (bring her into the Arrowverse) I'm interested to see the ramifications through Arrow and LoT now. Next season has me excited!

Likewise, although I'll admit the ending kinda bummed me out. Hopefully the show ends on a happier note next year. After all, the Flash is all about hope and optimism. I'm pretty sure that's the track they're on, developing Barry into a more confident, happier hero, but even still I'm nervous.

So, do we wanna talk about the Arrow subreddit here?

It was bad, the shows going poorly, I don't know who is holding on anymore. Think that about covers it.
Do you think they'll do any new shows? They could now, which ones would work?

So I saw the Arrow finale and I have to wonder what was so bad about it? Like it wasn't really good but it was on the same level as the rest of the season.
Also I'm trying to work out how the Flash finale could possibly result in Supergirl being in the same universe. How does Barry saving his mum result in a character from a different universe changing universes. Especially because it was written before Supergirl came to CW.
