I really liked this read. Where we meet all the girls slowly. I like that Arthur Brown tries to be a good dad. But he's still a funny bad guy and at the end steals Jay Garrick's shoes. Nice introduction of Cass , Betty and Kathy.

Also introduce Charlie if you caught it...
And thanks for the Arthur Brown compliment. One of the elements I wanted to explore is that he's actually a damn good father as opposed to David Cain and other potential Super Villain fathers I intend to use in the future. He loves Steph and she loves him which makes her wanting to stop him a difficult thing for her to accomplish. Plus, given my version of him, he's a family man. A former gameshow host and winner and bestselling author. He's a curious man and it just took him to a criminal level.
Well, it's a week behind. Blame Fox or Chris or whatever he's going by this week because he ended up convincing me to do something I pretty much vowed against. Would have been done tonight but he started brainstorming like crazy with me.

Issue 2 is done. It's just awaiting review by Ryan. I may need to rework my thought bubbles and alternate colors because they plain just don't work on this background.

Apologies for the length and any mistakes. Couldn't access my gmail from work for some reason so I had to reformat what I sent Ryan. Edited copy should be posted late tonight. If you guys notice any mistakes, feel free to let me know.
2 issues in and things are getting started. Hopefully you Cass fans will be happy with the ending and you won't be entirely confused by the use of "Jade Canary." Also hopefully Babs "accepting the girls" comes across somewhat smoothly. That was my biggest worry. "Why would she accept Beth and Steph into Watchtower?"

Excellent stuff, man. I'm super jealous of your sense of character. And the way you dealt with the golden age was very good. This site it starting to feel more and more like a universe.

Thank you, thank you. I do have to give you some credit since I'm basing a lot on your ideas Solicits and Secret Files have been updated/edited with new information. . . Including two new clues. Feel free to guess at the meaning of those clues here. (outside of the two of you who actually know the answers to 3 and 4 respectively) Answer/Reveal for Ward should now be obvious. Charlie is Babs' ward/foster child/whatever. 3's might be complicated unless you've been paying a whole lot of attention. 4 should be relatively easy to figure out what will be revealed in the issue.

Long but good fun. Loving each of the characters. Your interpretation of Babs and the supporting mythology you're creating (ie watchtower) is great. Look forward to seeing how Brave and the Bold will tie in. Excited for more.
Man, lots of updates this weekend...

Look forward to seeing how Brave and the Bold will tie in. Excited for more. Man, lots of updates this weekend... Thank you, thank you. But a lot of the credit goes to you guys. I simply read and listen to what's said then I try to find a way to make it feel like this world has been around for awhile. In the obvious way, Spoilers is only closely in line with Static so it lets me callback on things that happen in other issues such as yours, Star's, Fox's, and especially Ryan when he gets his moving. I'm a sucker for continuity and it was often why I had to read more than what was on my list at work because my mind picks up on it. Just ask Miller. Had a long discussion with him on the JSA to point some things out that I could and couldn't do just yet. As for Brave and the Bold, credit goes to you for the funding of Batwoman. You could say the situation inspired Robert Kane (though that won't come up until Kate's issue). Promo for it should be done today providing nothing comes up. I have 2 out of 7 or so short teasers finished.

You are pretty much the driving force currently at getting all off these titles strung together into a coherent universe and I have to say you are doing a great job.

With a character like Oracle (and hopefully the Question now), I think it's a tad required of me to be "up to date" in universe. Helps since I have a knack for that sort of thing. Hopefully, when I get Henchmen United steadily, I'll be doing an even better job.

Enjoyed the last issue a lot. Stephanie's thought text is way too dark. Needs a lighter shade. Enjoyed the backstory and the sense of mystery you set up. Keep 'em coming.

Between work, the final weekend of my play, and class... Haven't had much time to work on my writing lately. Good news is, I no longer have hectic rehearsal. Apologies for the wait and missed deadlines. Come Sunday evening, I'll be updating like crazy.

Great stuff man, short but I'm assuming there'll be more soon. Love Steph as always. Good action.

Yeah. There is in fact more. I just haven't had the time to edit it. It's more action and uses all 4 girls so a bit more complicated in making sure everything works. Wanted to post this to express my desire to still be a UDC writer.

Good stuff. I wish there was more here, but beggars can't be choosers. Can't wait to read more of this issue!
Definitely liked Steph using Miraclo. You certainly did a good job conveying what it would be like to use for someone who's not trained. Definitely what I had in mind. Good job!
