You have hope, I like that.

Yeah it should be good, Dinah doesn't seem like the type of person to be taking a lot of selfies in the Batgirl series, plus she's in a rock band, and that's awesome.

That I'm fine with. She's been a bartender, a shop keeper and a for hire vigilante. Rock band is cooler then all of them.
I just hope her whole personality isn't erased and replaced updated.

The New 52 basically stripped away her personality to begin with, so this is a case where an update (overhaul, revision, etc...) may not necessarily be a bad thing.

Didn't know that. Didn't want to.
I'm going to hide in science now. My articles on genocide are somehow less depressing.

Dinah would be a hypocrite if she went around taking selfies. Why? Because she has berated Batgirl for seeming to care more about her self image than crime fighting.
Although Batgirl retorted that she is doing a balance, trying to stop any crime she comes across while showing herself as a hero to the city. I think Dinah won the argument considering how much of Barbara's self promotion back fired on her.

I look at the Batgirl situation as similar to what happened to Daredevil when Mark Waid took over. That kind of drastic shift in behavior/attitude might be precisely what the character needs, but just forcing it to happen overnight isn't necessarily the best option. And I'm speaking from an in universe perspective as I love Waid's Daredevil, and I'm really enjoying the current Batgirl run as well.

The cover for Superman #41 came out, and Superman got a haircut. I don't know how to react to that.

And he's back to the stupid T-Shirt and Jeans 'costume' which is at least better than Wonder Woman's terrible costume.

Neither of those are as bad as Bunny-man. I mean, I love Snyder and Capullo, but damn! Bunny-man's the dumbest costume I've seen since the New 52 started. He looks like a badly drawn anime robot.

It is completely ridiculous, DC really needs to get better designers in for their costumes, I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to borrow the people doing Marvel's redesigns.

I wasn't able to see the cover very well on my phone, but an hour after I made that post I saw the whole costume. And everyone else's costumes. Why. Just why.

Because DC is terrible.

I just saw the cover with the new Green Lantern look, we don't have all of it but what we do have is worse than WW's new costume. He's wearing a bloody hoodie and fingerless gloves, DC has yet to realise it's not the nineties.

Yeah we've known that for a while, that article itself was from 2012. Presumably that's part of the reason for the relaunch after Convergence.

I'm glad Geoff Johns is staying with Justice League, but it's too bad he's not writing anything else.

Oh, and Peter J. Tomasi's writing Superman/Wonder Woman. Really excited for that. I love everything he writes.
